Good quality, quick delivery

My recent Men's Fix arrived pretty fast, took about 4 days to reach me in California after it shipped. The box came well-packed, no issues there. I kept a pair of chinos and a button-down shirt. The chinos felt durable, good fabric. The shirt was a bit outside my usual style but fit well and felt comfortable. Customer support was helpful when I had a question about returning the other items; they responded to my email within a day. Overall, a smooth process from ordering to trying on the clothes.

Yup, super easy. They include a prepaid return bag, just put the stuff you don't want in it and drop it at a USPS mailbox. No big deal.

I've returned full boxes before. You just use their bag and it's free. The styling fee gets charged regardless unless you had a waiver, but you don't pay for the clothes you send back.

I've done both. Stitch Fix feels a bit more personalized for me with the smaller box, and the styling fee is cheaper if you don't keep anything. Trunk Club often sends more items, but can be overwhelming.

Mine usually show up within 5-7 business days once they ship it out. I'm in Portland, so Seattle should be pretty similar transit time I'd think.

It can vary a bit. I've had some come in 3 days, others closer to a week. They ship from different places sometimes.
